We should hand pick the best people and focus on educating our own.

We've got no business allowing open borders under ANY CIRCUMSTANCE until we've had an extended Golden Age here and the gap to the rest of the world is negligible.

Opening borders before those conditions exist is just suicide, pure and simple.
