Your claim then is that a transnational communications company like CNN is liable for RUINING the reputation of some HS kids b/c it reported they were mocking a native American. That's laughable.
And you think it is EASILY proven that the motivation for the report was calculated b/c a handful of the kids wore MAGA hates. That is even more laughable. You gonna PROVE that ? Too rich.
Where is the liability for the kids posting the video online - that's what went viral and it was the fact that it went viral that made it a story.
