policy. As a matter of fact I would love to see a single example of a millionaire whose wealth was created by fiscal policy.

There is no doubt that the wealthy use their influence to create laws that allow them to maintain and grow their wealth but they were already wealthy before that can really help them.

I believe that the wealthy should pay their fair share to maintain the infrastructure that they took advantage of to get that wealth in the first place. But I believe that they are already doing that. When you attempt to tax the rich they invariably find a way to pass those costs off to the middle and lower classes.
