Should have funded the entire thing in last two yearss. Of course Senate Dems would have filabustered, but they should have forced the issue.
Your dems have a chance to make immigration laws anything they wanted under Obama's presidency with a super majority, and they did nothing. They also supported a wall, border, whatever you want to call it until it became a Trump idea.
