spending money on those things that bring immediate return not on a something years down the road. You’re ignoring the fact that for the past two years the R’s had the ability to pass anything they wanted, but didn’t-and now it’s the D’s fault? And btw, you might want to check the dem proposals regarding technology and visa issues that the R’s didn’t even allow to get out of committee. Ok back to the game
