This was said in response to Nancy FALSELY claiming that there were not enough votes in the GOP controlled House to pass his funding request for the wall. This was AFTER Trump said he had the votes in the House but needed 10 votes from Schumer's dumb@$$es in the Senate.....

The CONTEXT was that he would own the shutdown if the House didn't pass his request and it wasn't resting on needing Schumer's 10 votes....
