His current approval is LESS than 40% now and regarding those who will DEFINITELY not vote for him in 2020 - you see a shocking 57%. Obama was at 48% with this cohort. He wound up losing 47% of the vote in his re-election.

Trump is reported to have told his aides yesterday "we're getting crushed here".
