I agree His preparation of the players is his down fall, I don't think he really holds them accountable at all.

His game management is disgusting to me. He makes obvious blunders with TO his 2pt conversion chart, who to kick to on special teams etc.

But My hope is if he keeps winning he eventually figures it out and becomes a good coach,I doubt he is ever great he has to many flaws but he could be good. I also think one of his main issues is hubris, I think he really thought he could reinvent the wheel here and tried to change to much form what had been working under GP. His stubborn hubris will keep him from being great.
