Not pretending to know the answers, but;
1. Keep or release Walters and get a heavyweight with recruiting relationships in place?

2. Are there any professional staff recently released who warrant a look?

3. How to buttress/fix the Defensive side of the ball?

4. Not necessarily the least important, but, recruiting creds are really, really, really important.

5. Almost forgot.....Special Teams!!!!
