about 1/4 of a mile from 3rd & Douglas, foreclosure price $22,000

Obviously needs a lot of work, but can either turn it and flip it for probably $150k, or rent it out for like $1200-1400 per month down there.

Good business if you can find the deals and pay cash to get them
