lawyer that specializes in real estate law and does that on the side (i actually think he does law on the side and does the house buying flipping/renting as his main gig).

He also buys a ton of distressed notes.

Smart guy but he went to college of the ozarks and refers to it as hard work u on all his bio stuff.
