What Barnes has done to develop the guys he has is incredible. It's a special team.

We can get a lot better, but I don't see many pieces on this roster that have that potential. Maybe Pinson if he gets stronger (he's got quickness and sees the court well for a freshman). Maybe Pickett if he continues to defy the odds (he was not highly recruited, and he's starting over Watson who was) and work incredibly hard. Tilmon could if he would pull his head out of his pants (he took himself out of the game with his first and second fouls last night).

Anyway, lots of ifs right now...we need more sure things, and that's what the 2019 and 2020 recruiting classes need to have. What UT has is unique, and it reminds me of what college basketball used to be.
