first 3 years to support your thesis. There is no comparison to the circumstances the coaches were facing in those time periods. Pinkel had the program in great shape until his final year. The cupboard wasn't bare but not stocked either when Barry took over and the protests did affect everything in relation to the football team. I think considering all he has dealt with Odom has done a good job but needs to keep building off the momentum of this year and the South Endzone.
