You say you choose to live here, but you don’t feel like you should participate in the rules or laws that govern the country. You are free to go. This is not a prison.

Private property owners enforce their rules. So, if the Hell’s angels descend upon your home, take it over, steal all of your stuff, and throw you out, you would be left to your own devices to retake your property. And if you could not, the property becomes their’s. And they will defend their property.

You do realize, or probably not, actually, that your utopian society was what was in place during cro magnum times. The strongest beat the crap out of the weakest. And if the weakest couldn’t respond, they were killed.

Governments were formed, laws were made, constitutions were written, and punishments were carried out… because the idiot neanderthals wanted a society exactly as you are describing.

The society you describe exists and microcosm on the streets of Chicago. On the streets of Detroit, Baltimore, St. Louis, Oakland, and Newark. There are effectively no laws in those jungles. And this is pretty much the plan you want to be applied nationwide.
