Even the reduction of scholarships really won't take anyone's opportunity to get a scholarship in football it will just have a trickle down effect....Blue Blood talent to mid-tier P5 teams..Mid-tier P5 teams to G5...G5 to FCS..FCS to Division 11 or Naia squads.

The over all spreading of talent will elevate football as a whole at all levels. Sure Bama,ND etc. won't have 15-20 guys who never see the field standing around on scholarship for what ever reason they will be somewhere else actually contributing.
