There are two students who pushed each other, but the teacher only saw the student who pushed last. So when only one student receives punishment, he cries foul and suggests he did nothing wrong.
It's simply a ridiculous argument and ignores the facts.
Maybe Hillary and Podesta will get away with criminal acts, but that has nothing to do with the criminal acts that appear to be proven against Flynn, Manafort and likely others. However if that makes you feel better, carry on.
