what you fail to realize is this is his defective equipment plea to a speeding charge.
he and likely his son would have been charged with FARA violations; which are not the end all to be all but are slightly more serious.
as has been pointed out FARA violations were almost never criminally charged until now. and that's fine if the DOJ wants to go that route, but I'd like to see less abuse of prosecutorial discretion and if you're going after everyone in trump's orbit I'd better see the Podesta group start getting indicted too.
