I know why a lot of companies don't do stuff like this but

it really is an amazing way to build a strong company with employees who will do anything for you. My company has given full all-inclusive vacations for my family, Christmas gifts for my wife, and large bonuses every year I've worked there. They've only had one person leave for another job in the 5 years I've worked here. Luckily they aren't a public company so they don't have the pressure to maximize profits at the expense of the employees.
