businesses. It needed to be done. However, it's problematic in my opinion, when those businesses who are now flush with cash, spend that money predominantly on stock buybacks and executive pay/bonuses. Some firms are raising wages, updating technology, etc., but not at the rate to produce long term expanded growth.

Corporations in the USA got billions in free revenue as a result of the tax cut, but it has not resulted in growth at the rate that was predicted. Also we have an expanding budget deficit that only will get worse.
