When the Swiss faced the national outrage that 10% of its pop lacked HC access it set about to review HC systems across the world. It did not even look at the US.

We have in the past provided Care that surpassed and that is no longer the case unless in extremely rare or exotic cases. Best care is in Germany. Our system sucks. We pay more and get less. In what world is paying more and getting less the best system again?
