charged with? They pled guilty to lying to the FBI, that does not mean there were other charges they could have been charged with. Especially Flynn. Not all of these shady things are crimes but Flynn had a ton of criminal liability and he took a sweetheart deal to plead guilty to just lying to the FBI.
