Big splash in the media, but what's missed is what he actually plead to. There is no big underlying crime and no conspiracy alleged. He plead guilty to a process crime that implicates no one else. Had Mueller and/or the DOJ found evidence of a more serious crime they would have been required to force Cohen to cite it in his plea documents. He did not, so we must assume there was no underlying criminal activity. There is very little to this and nothing that implicates Trump.
