The only game we weren't competitive this year? #1 Alabama.
Powell, Knox, Gicinto, Scott, Crockett, Rountree, Parker Jr. etc look GREAT! O-line looks great. D is coming around.
All with Bo recruits.
As for 'Pinkels' players he could have created a Chad Morris transition period and completely trashed the program instead he's used these guys effectively.
The new football complex has nothing to do with Odom - it's existence helps and it's completion will help.
8-4 in the SEC playing #1 and #2 warrants a raise, yes it does.
'TWO MILLION DOLLARS' - pay is relative to the position you are in - he's worth every penny and more - and he could get more elsewhere at this point.
Selling out in the stands will take care of itself next year as the wins pile up. The Mizzou fanbase is broken and will remain broken until the winning seasons pile up. Shooting ourselves in the foot with a new coach won't help that - it'll make it worse - see KU.
Were people tearing down goalposts in Pinkel's first three years?
The Louisville thing was fake. It did not happen. WAKE UP!
Given Mizzou's pre-Odom history, it's tough to recruit Mizzou kids. Top recruits in ALL STATES want into the upper echelon programs - easy logic. Until all aspects of the Mizzou program are top tier, recruiting will go about the same. Odom is a plus part of the program right now and his recruiting is fine.
The 'leftovers in Texas' landed us in the SEC Championship twice. Unless you have $1B to upgrade the program permanently and immediately then forget about it. Enjoy the challenge of moving from second tier to first tier by executing cleanly and efficiently - Odom is a part of that efficiency.

But your points do not have sufficient merit to carry the day.
The Sky is not falling - next year looks bright - we've got the right coach - time to move on.
