Its so obvious that ODUMB has blown game after game after game with poor coaching against teams with WINNING records.
He clearly can't recruit to save his life. He's won some games with the best QB Mizzou has ever had, and a guy he didn't recruit. We didn't win a game that Hall didn't play in and he's another Pinkel recruit.
Now that we take ODUMB thunb out of his mouth and let him go out there on his own we'll see what he's made of. Now its HIS recruits and HIS program 110%.
The new football only complex opens for all the new recruits next year and it still isn't helping him with recruiting. When are Mizzou fans going to WAKE UP?
Do we really think beating a bunch of really bad teams over two years, with Pinkel recruits and losing to teams with a winning record warrents a RAISE? SERIOUSLY?
He's making OVER TWO MILLION DOLLARS... is he ever worth that amount? Look in the stands not many people attending his games. Not many high school kids from Missouri interested in joining his program.
Why do REALLY DUMB people keep saying he's under paid when the guy who works at Walmart makes 10 dollars an hour and he makes over TWO MILLION DOLLARS with nothing close to sell outs in the stands.
Someone please explain?
Has anyone run on the field to tear down a goal post like they did when Pinkel was the coach? When is the last time you've seen standing room only... oh yeah when Pinkel was the coach. While ODUMB has been the coach you can basically sit anywhere you want.
When the game is on the line this guy cracks like the Titanic and sinks even faster.
Give this guy a raise C'MON already...
Then this whole Lousisville thing comes out... give me a break. Odom comes out and says he has no interest obviously because they have ZERO interest in a guy who's 19-18 and winning record against winning teams is ten times worse than the guy they fired. PLEASE!
Mizzou with a new football only complex, snuggled in between two major cities, being the only D1 program in the entire state and in the best football conference in the WORLD we need a coach who can use those assets to RECRUIT MISSOURI and ILLINOIS and KANSAS and NEBRASKA, and IOWA to get those states best players.
Rather than always getting the leftovers in Texas and well our own state.
SAD but we need our SPLASH head coaching hire we needed a Les Miles, or Alabama assist coach, or as I've said before give me Lane Kiffin.
If you're EVER going to seriously compete in the SEC it starts with recruiting. It starts and stops right there.
Next year you're going to see the REALITY when LOCK and HALL and BECKNER and half your O LINE is all gone.
You will all be screaming for ODOM HEAD... don't give this guy a raise you will regret later. Make him PROVE he's worth it by winning with guys he's recruited.
