As one former co-worker said when a supervisor began banging a woman who he was responsible for--not in day-to-day supervision, but did perform her annual review--"does her ability to give a blowjob affect the rating she gets on her review? I don't have that same opportunity."

I was no longer employed there by that time, but he completely understood how the rules governing sexual harassment applied even though he wasn't the one in the relationship.
