I suspected Geist would not look as sharp as he did last

year in his senior year - at least early on. Good players made Geist better last year. You can't cheat while playing defense on Barnett or Robertson (or Jontay for that matter) and that gave Geist looks and drives and passing opportunities that are not there this year so far. They may develop but it won't be as lucrative as last year.
