create a calming effect for others. We know that Geist can do a little more than that. And we know that he's been pretty bad other that some sort of steadying effect on the team.

Most don't remember, or admit, this but back when Spencer Laurie was a frosh, he did not look very good, but the team overall played better when he was on the floor.
