Too much 'law' today is created by the bureaucracy not the legislative branch.

I despise governing by EO but love the idea behind this one. Trump has no expectation that his EO will actually change citizenship requirements but he does know that it will be challenged, probably before his pen stops moving on the order. That challenge will force the SC to address the issue of birthright citizenship.

The left like to paint the guy as an idiot but for an idiot he makes some pretty savy political moves.
