Michael was a surefire lottery pick(even though he about fell out of the lottery). He was projected as the #1 pick before the season last year. Even with the injury a team was going to take a chance on him. Jontay isn't that level of talent. He couldn't sit out for a year and come into the combine not 100% and still be a first rounder. Michael could.
