Between a vegetarian diet and healthy bone/tissue development in large/tall youth during the Porter's formative years. Just wondering if the possible lack of complete proteins may have be a factor in their injury history. Their body types, genetic factors are probably the true factors but diet plays such an important role during growth cycles that it may play a role.
I believe a vegetarian diet properly done can be a healthy alternative for adults. Not sure about young growing athletes.
