Those who watched could see a poised, much younger, fit, brighter person. He made a point of engaging the audience by approaching them, using their names, and defusing hostile questions with a compliment.She stayed immobile, tense, nonengaging. She was and is reluctant to appear with him.

At one point, she appeared to be quivering and on the verge of crying. I'm not sure if that was apparent.

It's hard to win a red state unless you're red. One of her campaign ads now has her pictured with Trump,I find that ironic and rather ill-advised but then again, I'm not impartial.
