He lost control of his team, something Kim did in year one here and lots of coaches do.
Alden was a moron to not hire a proven winner like Howland and instead go for Kim. Mizzou isn't a school where you are going to get a coach who has been to multiple final fours without some baggage attached. Our short-sightedness turned into a huge boon for Mississippi State. Had Alden made the correct choice in 2014, we'd probably be one of the top teams in the SEC instead of being in year 2 of a massive rebuild.
