The socialist tell them what to think, what to like and what to hate. They give blacks free stuff, lower standards, lots of promises a great deal of pity.
In exchange, blacks have to toe the line. Vote the right way and do what they are told.
No thinking allowed, because libs don't thinks blacks are very good at that thinking stuff. The paternalistic socialists have to take care of black people as if they are children.
And you're right, they need to stay on the plantation where it's safe.
And it's racism because socialists think so very little of their charges as to not let them think and grow for themselves.
