and some others on this board seems to know, but can't show proof other then I watched him and I know he is lying.
I do believe that you are correct with the if 2/3s of the Senate voted him out, he'd be out. But with the structure it is today, you would need proof. Now if the Dems win a 2/3 majority. they could easily impeach him, but it would look like a political hit job and thus making their power irrelevant in the American peoples eyes.
