Clearly stated that IF 2/3s voted him out. I in no way suggested that would happen, thus the If. The point was that he could be impeached for lying IF they voted to do so. Further in the quote was the suggestion that proving perjury is a high order - but IF proved, he could be impeached IF the votes were there. It's is hypothetical. Kav is not going anywhere.
