file a complaint in the appropriate Maryland jurisdiction.

the case will go nowhere, b/c there's a giant hole in her allegation concerning the year it took place, the location where it took place and she'd have to jump the hurdle of her 2 independent witnesses refuting her allegation.

the case would be sh8tcanned within days if it was anyone else. since this is politicized they will jump through some hoops and make a dog and pony show of trying before they ultimately inactivate it.

of course, you know this. why do you pretend otherwise?
