I will state my opinion on whether a law SHOULD have been written... But I will NOT state that a legally made law is an illegal law (like pickle does).

Examples:
I believe Obamacare was wrongly passed and should be repealed. It is settled law that Congress had the authority to pass the law DESPITE them not NEEDING TO pass the legislation.

I believe Roe v Wade was wrongly decided. I will not, however call an abortion doctor a murderer, because his actions don't meet that legal definition.
