sentencing arguments have not begun. The MAXIMUM sentence for each charge totaled >300 years - the prosecution has not made a sentencing request.

I'll stand by my position that the prosecution will not retry these charges. There is another trial starting in a month or so....besides a judge would provide for CONCURRENT sentencing on some of the charges anyway.
