A major difference, too, would be even if he did commit the same in his home country, he wouldn’t have already been a criminal in doing so by being an Illegal Alien & breaking US Federal Law or his country’s immigration laws prior to committing the crime &, in the case of the actual crime committed in the US, making it possible in the first place.

Amazing people just pass over the fact that he was already a criminal by being here in the first place before committing murder. That can & should be stopped & prevented.

In turn, the other crimes committed by Illegal Alien Criminals, in this case Murder, wouldn’t occur. Could she still be murdered by a citizen? Sure, but you eliminate a sizable degree of probability of her being murdered regardless.
