Basically.
A small group of people that put a value on them when dealing with each other, but for 99% of the general public no one gives a crap and they wouldn't hardly be worth the cardboard they are printed on.
Kids don't buy them anymore. There's no "casual" fans or interest in them. It's mainly for a small, devoted group of middle age+ dudes. The market is shrinking. Once they're all dead within 30 years, the market will disappear.
