I have no idea what you mean by 'say it's legal'. WHAT are you assuming is legal?

As for your question, I've already tried to say it -- using the metric 'appropriate' or 'beneficial to the country' or 'patriotic' to describe Brennan's behavior is like seeing an artwork and being asked how it sounds - you're trying to measure Brennan's statements using metrics that don't apply. I find it alarming that people who are critical of the President are labeled 'unpatriotic', because sometimes the next step is to try to silence said critics in the name of patriotism. I think it's beneficial when private citizens speak their minds, and if he feels that Trump is treasonous, so be it. I can agree with his reasoning, I can accept some of it, or I can reject it outright. I don't think that the integrity of the country is at risk or shredded because he or someone else speaks their opinion.


Finally, I answer a lot of questions directly, and your implication that I lack the courage to do so is out of line.
