That means you cannot read the redacted portions of the application that is about 5 pages of information in total for the initial application and up to about 60 pages of redacted information by the final application.

It has been stated many times that the dossier was not the only reason for the FISA application. Are you familiar with SIGINT. If Page was talking to Russians there is a good chance there was SIGINT that would be redacted information to protect sources and methods. Are you familiar with FVEY? It has been reported there were other countries providing intel to the US that may be in the redacted part of the application.

Bottom line you cannot make a claim without knowing all the facts.
