with Russia, here is what the top officials at the FBI said about the dossier:

-Comey stated it was salacious and unverified
-McCabe stated without the dossier, the warrant couldn't have been obtained
-Priestap stated the vetting of the dossier was in its infancy when the warrant was obtained

In essence, the FISA warrant shouldn't have been approved by the court based off the dossier. If Page was that big of a threat, they could have obtained the warrant without the dossier.
