Their access to information is nil as they no longer have a 'need to know' anything classified. However, should they land a job with a defense or state dept contractor, they likely would require some access.

However, as it stands now... a clearance is as useful as a 3rd nipple. It looks odd, but does nothing for them., nor harm anyone.
