Dems calling for the shuttering of ICE is because they wrongly want open borders. Trump wanting to build a wall swings too far the opposite direction. You could literally fly drones along the border all day every day for cheaper than the maintenance cost of the wall.


Meanwhile, Reps trying to discredit the FBI is an open attempt to discredit and shut down the Mueller investigation. If Trump's camp were silent about this, it wouldnt be the story that it is today. Just let the investigation play out, especially if you are innocent! Trump is not a victim, people. He won the election and it was not in any way despite the attempts of a shadowy deep state to keep him out of office. He won the primary easily and won the election handily. There is no conspiracy. No one can point to a single shred of evidence that Strzok/Page/Obama/Comey/Hillary acted improperly to use their job/information against him.


BOTH extremes are bad for the country.


Meanwhile, Russia did hack our election with a clear preference for Trump. In all likelihood, it was because Russia (like the rest of the world) assumed Trump would likely lose. But still, there are an awful lot of coincidences and lies by Trump campaign people that link them to Russians, so those links must be examined. If that were the narrative of the Trump campaign all along, there would be far less support for the Mueller investigation today.
