Per your link, I have already stated that Obama tread very, very carefully in 2016 to not be seen influencing the election.

Here you see some of Trump's brilliance. He has a thing in play with Russian intel to help him in the election by flooding key internet portals with anti-Hillary information - as clarified in the indictments yesterday. Meanwhile Trump, and this is the brilliance, is on the hustings warning the election the election is rigged. So IF Obama does much - he will in Trump's strategy demonstrate how rigger it is. That was pretty brilliant.
