Frank Haith, who was under investigation by the NCAA at Miami. My guess is Alden thought the infractions were not Fuller's doing, but Haith's or that Fuller lied to Mike Alden about it. Which is also very possible. The infractions committed under Haith/Fuller warranted the penalties the university self-imposed in accordance with the NCAA rules.
