to Horowitz and the overwatch committees that show the FBI had no evidence of a crime to begin an investigation into the Trump team. It appears they were also using leaks to the media (that they provided) as a pretext to begin an investigation into Carter Page, prompting the 2 hop rule. No wonder they have been stalling. The FBI didn't follow standard protocol.
