In effect he's saying that any foreigner (over the border) in US can't be sent home without a trial. Thats absurd, mainly for this reason: No way in hell did the Founder's consider foreign citizens in any manner when writing the Constitution. And it never occurred to them, being rational, that it would or COULD ever be an issue.

Book it.

Shows how far left this country has gone. Including the right.
