1. Government steps in and completely takes care of them

2. Private entities and charities comes in and takes care of them

3. No one takes care of them and they die

How those three things occur certainly will also dictate the future movement of these kids.

One thing that is well proven....you completely try to stop them at the border...that does NOT work, nor will it work.
